By using Find Friend you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Be kind
Find Friend is for meeting people and chatting. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or share content that is sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or involves minors. Do not share other people's private information.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what is sent from your account. Guest accounts are tied to the device; save your account with an email to keep it.
Moderation
Anyone can report a message, user or group. Moderators may warn, remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, and may block devices used to evade a ban. We may remove content or accounts without notice where safety requires it. To investigate a report or suspected abuse, we may review the messages involved: the reason for each review is recorded, and a review covers only the conversation concerned.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to store and deliver it to the people you send it to, and to review it when it is reported or when there is a safety reason to investigate. See the privacy policy for exactly what that review can see.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
